Key Benefits

Turn overlaps into pipeline, automatically. PartnerOS pulls your Crossbeam account mapping in and puts it where partner managers already work — no CSV exports, no tab-switching.
  • Overlaps land on the partner record. Every Crossbeam population overlap syncs onto the matching partner in PartnerOS, so shared-customer and shared-prospect counts sit next to the joint plan, meetings, and open opportunities for that partner.
  • AI ranks the overlap, not just counts it. PartnerOS scores overlapping accounts against your ICP and partner profile, so you get "these 12 accounts are worth a co-sell motion" instead of a 400-row list.
  • Partner commitments stop leaking. Overlaps discussed in a partner meeting are captured as action items automatically and tracked to close — the follow-through most overlap data never gets.
  • One connect, always current. Sync runs on a schedule after the initial OAuth connect. New partners and new overlaps show up without anyone re-running anything.
  • Enterprise-grade by default. Multi-tenant isolation enforced at the database level, encrypted credential storage, and a full audit log of every sync.

How it Works

  1. Connect — An admin authorizes PartnerOS from the Integrations page via Crossbeam OAuth. No API keys to copy or store manually.
  2. Match — PartnerOS reads your Crossbeam partners and maps them to existing PartnerOS partner records by domain, creating any that don't exist yet.
  3. Sync overlaps — Population overlaps (shared customers, shared prospects, and your configured populations) are pulled per partner and written to that partner's record.
  4. Enrich and score — Overlapping accounts are scored against your ICP and the partner's profile so the highest-value co-sell targets surface first.
  5. Act — Overlaps flow into joint plans, partner meetings, and workflows. Commitments made about those accounts become tracked action items.
  6. Stay current — Scheduled syncs keep overlap data fresh; each run is recorded in the audit log.

Integration Diagrams

PartnerOS pulls account-mapping data from Crossbeam in one direction — nothing is written back to Crossbeam. After an admin connects via OAuth, PartnerOS reads your Crossbeam partners and matches them to PartnerOS partner records by company domain, creating any that don't yet exist. It then pulls each partner's population overlaps and the underlying overlap records, and writes them onto that partner's record in PartnerOS, where they sit alongside the joint plan, meetings, and open opportunities. Overlapping accounts are scored against your ICP so the best co-sell targets surface first. Syncs run on a schedule after the initial connection, and every run is written to an append-only audit log. Credentials are stored encrypted and all data is isolated per tenant at the database level.
