## Setup Instructions
Crossbeam MCP is now available on all plans. You should speak to your account manager if you're interested in learning more about using Crossbeam in ChatGPT and how credits work. Once you're approved, head to Settings > Apps > Explore apps in ChatGPT, look for Crossbeam among the available connectors, and click Connect. You'll sign in with your Crossbeam credentials to finish the OAuth flow. To bring Crossbeam into a chat, type "@Crossbeam" before your question, or click the + button and choose More > Crossbeam.

### Does using the MCP with ChatGPT require a paid Crossbeam seat?
Yes. ChatGPT requires each person to authenticate on their own, so everyone using the connector will need an individual paid Crossbeam seat.

### Is ChatGPT able to edit or update anything in Crossbeam?
No. Every tool in the MCP is read-only. ChatGPT can pull up and analyze your Crossbeam data, but it has no way to create, change, or delete records in your account.
